2010 Prices
Summer season rates are $49 and $59 per night and starts June 18 until Labor Day, and also includes Memorial weekend. $59 sites are closest to the lake or our largest sites. All $59 sites have cement pads and patios as do many of the $49 sites. Prices are for one family (2 adults and your unmarried children) or for up to 4 people on the site. There is a $5 charge per person per night for over 4 people. We do not charge for children under the age of 4.
Off season rates
are $13 less per night, plus you get 2 free days per week! (Pay for 5
days, and the 6th and 7th are free). Off season
rates include all of
May (except the 3 day Memorial
day weekend) through
All sites are full hook up which includes at no extra charge:
- Electric (all sites have 100, 50, 30, and 20 amp. service)
- Water
- Sewer
- Cable TV
- Wireless high speed internet throughout the park
Reservations and a deposit are required to hold a site. We require a $100 deposit per site per week for all reservations in our peak Season. For Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend, we require a 3 night deposit at the time of your reservation. A $300 deposit is needed for our cottage. In our off season, (May 1 – June 17th, except Memorial Weekend), we require a one night’s deposit to hold a site.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $10 handling fee per reservation. (A shorter 2 week notice is required for all reservations in May and after Labor Day). You are responsible to pay for the days in which you booked upon arrival. In fairness to all, please do not ask us to make exceptions. Camping is a great outdoor experience, therefore, we do not issue refunds or credits for discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. No refunds for early departure. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For the cottage rental, a 3 month notice for canceling is required for a full refund, less a $25 handling fee.
We have a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage for rent. The cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday in mid June thru Labor Day and is $945 per week plus 6% tax. In May, early June, September, and October, you can rent the cottage for a 3 night minimum. The rate is $150 per night. Our cottage sleeps 6 and has brand new solid cedar beds and new top quality mattresses! One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bunk bed on bottom with a twin on the top and another twin bed. It also has a kitchen and dining area. The living room has a newer 27 inch TV and leather furniture. This unit is now additionally furnished with air to keep you cool on those hot summer days.
